Flag Pin or No Flag Pin?

It all depends on who Obama is trying to impress.

Last fall, Obama said that wearing the flag pin was "a substitute for I think true patriotism." Apparently, he currently has no problem with that "substitute" when on the campaign trail, but can't be bothered when visiting the U.S. Capitol.
