President Donald Trump promised to protect a voting system that is "under siege" in a pre-recorded speech alleging election fraud released by the White House on Wednesday. In the unannounced speech that dropped on Facebook late Wednesday afternoon, Trump outlined claims of fraud declaring the election "rigged." The president said he is not opposed to conceding to President-elect Joe Biden,
"On top of everything else, we have a company that’s very suspect," Trump said. "It’s name is Dominion, with the turn of a dial or the change of a chip, you could press a button for Trump and the vote goes to Biden. What kind of a system is this? We have to go to paper, maybe it takes longer. But the only secure system is paper."
"This election is about great voter fraud, fraud that has never been seen like this before," Trump said in the speech. "It’s about poll watchers who were not allowed to watch. So illegal. It’s about ballots that poured in, and nobody but a few knew where they came from. They were counted, and they weren’t for me. It’s about big leads on election night, tremendous leads, leads where I was being congratulated for a decisive easy victory. All of a sudden, by morning or a couple of days later, those leads rapidly evaporated. It’s about numbers of ballots that were sent that nobody know where they came from. It’s about machinery that was defective, machinery that was stopped during certain parts of the evening, miraculously to open with more votes."
It was about many other things, but above all, it was about fraud," the president continued. "This election was rigged. Everybody knows it. I don’t mind if I lose an election, but I want to lose an election fair and square. What I don’t want to do is have it stolen from the American people. That’s what we’re fighting for. We have no choice to be doing that. We already have the proof. We already have the evidence, and it’s very clear. Many people in the media and even judges so far have refused to accept it. I knew election night when I heard that Fulton County (Atlanta) Georgia had a "computer glitch" followed by a shutdown in counting that something was going on. A similar "glitch" happened in the cities of Philadelphia, Detroit, Milwaukee and elsewhere. Curiously after the glitch was fixed a huge influx of Biden votes occurred at approximately 4 AM which resulted in Biden taking the lead in these key states.
With the Georgia recount raising demands for a full audit we learn that in Fulton County that "glitch" left hundreds or more of Trump votes uncounted.

Did you think the election is over? Not so fast. Not a single state has certified their election and there are huge questions about the vote in a handful of key states. With recounts and legal challenges already underway the outcome is not certain. What is the path for Trump to prevail?

I expect North Carolina to be certified for Trump soon. That puts things to a tie. Next, think about Arizona and Georgia.
In each state Trump and Biden are about 12,000 votes apart. There are some serious issues in both states but more so in Georgia where a hand recount has been ordered. What if Trump won Georgia and Biden won Arizona?
Trump has an excellent legal strategy in both Pennsylvania and Michigan. A flood of sworn affadvits giving evidence of fraud. In Wisconsin Trump trails Biden by only 20,000 votes. Even if Trump ultimately wins Pennsylvania, he would need another state.
So, we come down to recounts and a legal strategy. All long shots to win and we have to run the table. This wouldn't be the first time that's happened!
Again, if Biden is so confident of his election why hasn't he called for full transparency in these Democrat vote counting centers?
The Pennsylvania court filing is over 100 pages long. It's stuffed with examples of violations of Pennsylvania election law and violations of the U.S. Constitution.

WSJ: President Trump’s presidential campaign on Monday asked a federal judge to block Pennsylvania election officials from certifying the results of the election.
Matthew Morgan, a Trump campaign lawyer, alleged at a press conference in Washington that Republicans were unfairly treated in Pennsylvania’s election process and that GOP poll watchers weren’t able to closely observe mail-in ballot counting. He didn’t provide any evidence for his assertions.
Mr. Morgan said more than 682,000 ballots were counted in Philadelphia and Allegheny County while poll watchers were kept at a distance. “We believe that a meaningful review of those ballots could discern that there were ballots that were illegally counted,” Mr. Morgan said.
Among other issues, the lawsuit contends that in-person and mail-in ballot voters were treated differently, with some people who voted by mail being allowed to fix technical issues, such as a problem with a signature. The Trump campaign argued that the difference in treatment violates the U.S. Constitution.
Local election officials have previously said that they followed all applicable rules, some of which changed before the election due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The Trump campaign and two people identified as Pennsylvania voters filed the lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania against the state’s secretary of state Kathy Boockvar, a Democrat.
A spokeswoman for Ms. Boockvar said the office doesn't comment on pending litigation.
The Trump campaign has previously filed lawsuits in state and federal court in Pennsylvania alleging observers weren't allowed close enough to meaningfully view the vote count.
They have filed additional lawsuits in battleground states such as Michigan, Nevada and Georgia, several of which they have lost.
Pennsylvania Republican legislative leaders are also stepping up to fulfill their responsiblity under the U.S. Constitution:
Pa House GOP members tomorrow will "call for a legislative-led audit of the 2020 election and demand election results not be certified, nor electors be seated, until the audit is complete," per news release.
NEW: election fraud lawsuit was filed in Detroit with affidavits alleging backdating ballots, no matching signatures. It includes an affidavit from a city employee claiming she was asked to backdate ballots:
Plaintiffs’ Complaint alleges many illegal and fraudulent actions by Defendants. For example:
Ballots were counted even though the voter’s name did not appear in the official voter rolls.
Election workers were ordered to not verify voters’ signatures on absentee ballots, to backdate absentee ballots, and to process such ballots regardless of their validity.
Election workers processed ballots that appeared after the election deadline and falsely reported that those ballots had been received prior to November 3, 2020 deadline.
Defendants used false information to process ballots, such as using incorrect or false birthdays. Many times, the election workers inserted new names into the QVF and recorded these new voters as having a birthdate of 1/1/1900.
Defendants coached voters to vote for Joe Biden and the Democrat party. Election workers would go to the voting booths with voters to watch them vote and coach them for whom to vote.
Unsecured ballots arrived at the TCF Center loading garage, not in sealed ballot boxes, without any chain of custody, and without envelopes.
Defendants refused to record challenges to their processes and removed challengers from the site if they politely voiced a challenge.
All of these cases are backed up with dozens of sworn affadivits from eye witnesses. THERE'S YOUR EVIDENCE!

Let's start with election night. Trump comfortably ahead in key states when suddenly in cities and states run by Democrats the counting stopped. Then inexplicably it suddenly resumed at 4 AM with dumps of tens of thousands of ballots all nearly 100% for Biden. Here's what the graph looks like:

But that wasn't the end of it. In Philadelphia Democrats ignored state law and a later state judges order to admit GOP observers. Also in Pennsylvania postal workers have come forward and revealed they were instructed to backdate postmarks so ballots would count. In Michigan a whistleblower who was present at vote counting reveals that ballots which had no date stamped were being corrected by counting officials. One observer in Michigan describes mysterious luxury vehicles arriving at 4 AM Wednesday morning dropping off boxes of ballots.
Across the nation concerned citizens have found recorded votes from thousands of dead people. In Nevada, thousands of mail in ballots were sent in from people no longer living in the state. How true is that in other states?
Raising the fraud ante higher is the news that 6,000 votes for Trump in one Michigan county were switched to Biden by a computer "glitch." The same computer system (with components made in China) was used in 47 other Michigan counties and in every swing state. This tweet is being suppressed by Twitter which apparently does not want you to know how bad the cheating is:

Now, let's step back and take a look at the larger picture. We're supposed to believe there was a flood of genuine support for Biden despite the fact that Trump got the greatest share of minority vote in 60 years. Biden underperformed the vote totals of both Obama and Hillary Clinton in New York, Chicago and Miami but somehow we're supposed to buy this massive uptick in Philadelphia, Detroit and Milwaukee?
The last nail in that coffin is how poorly downballot Democrats did even in those areas where Biden surged. Democrat overall lost a significant number of House seats and failed to come close to taking the U.S. Senate. Republicans added one GOP Governor and gained control of at least one additional state legislature. Both important for redisticting.
State legislative chambers hold the ultimate authority under the U.S. Constitution for certifying presidential election results. In both Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, Speakers of those chambers are demanding an audit. This is in addition to Trump campaign recall efforts and legal challenges.
Joe Biden could end the confusion now and demand full transparency and cooperation in vote counting and recounts. He has not done that. Should he prevail under these circumstances then he could never call himself a legitimate President and any call for unity would fall flat.
Americans value the sanctity of LEGAL VOTES. They will not accept an ILLEGITIMATE PRESIDENT!

My name is Tony Bobulinski. The facts set forth below are true and accurate; they are not any form of domestic or foreign disinformation. Any suggestion to the contrary is false and offensive. I am the recipient of the email published seven days ago by the New York Post which showed a copy to Hunter Biden and Rob Walker. That email is genuine.
This afternoon I received a request from the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Government Affairs and the Senate Committee on Finance requesting all documents relating to my business affairs with the Biden family as well as various foreign entities and individuals. I have extensive relevant records and communications and I intend to produce those items to both Committees in the immediate future.
I am the grandson of a 37 year Army Intelligence officer, the son of a 20+ year career Naval Officer and the brother of a 28 year career Naval Flight Officer. I myself served our country for 4 years and left the Navy as LT Bobulinski. I held a high level security clearance and was an instructor and then CTO for Naval Nuclear Power Training Command. I take great pride in the time my family and I served this country. I am also not a political person. What few campaign contributions I have made in my life were to Democrats.
If the media and Big Tech companies had done their jobs over the past several weeks I would be irrelevant in this story. Given my long standing service and devotion to this great country, I could no longer allow my family’s name to be associated or tied to Russian disinformation or implied lies and false narratives dominating the media right now.

The other “JB” referenced in that email is Jim Biden, Joe’s brother.
Hunter Biden called his dad “the Big Guy” or “my Chairman,” and frequently referenced asking him for his sign-off or advice on various potential deals that we were discussing. I’ve seen Vice President Biden saying he never talked to Hunter about his business. I’ve seen firsthand that that’s not true, because it wasn’t just Hunter’s business, they said they were putting the Biden family name and its legacy on the line.
I realized the Chinese were not really focused on a healthy financial ROI. They were looking at this as a political or influence investment. Once I realized that Hunter wanted to use the company as his personal piggy bank by just taking money out of it as soon as it came from the Chinese, I took steps to prevent that from happening.
The Johnson Report connected some dots in a way that shocked me — it made me realize the Bidens had gone behind my back and gotten paid millions of dollars by the Chinese, even though they told me they hadn’t and wouldn’t do that to their partners.
I would ask the Biden family to address the American people and outline the facts so I can go back to being irrelevant — and so I am not put in a position to have to answer those questions for them.
I don’t have a political ax to grind; I just saw behind the Biden curtain and I grew concerned with what I saw. The Biden family aggressively leveraged the Biden family name to make millions of dollars from foreign entities even though some were from communist controlled China.
