OBAMA: We know that tax relief must be joined with fiscal discipline. Americans are making hard choices in their budgets, and we've got to tighten our belts in Washington as well.
And that's why we've already identified $2 trillion dollars in deficit reductions over the next decade. And that's why we're cutting programs that don't work, contracts that aren't fair and spending that we don't need.

We've passed tax cuts that will help our economy grow. We've made a clear promise that families that earn less than $250,000 a year will not see their taxes increase by a single dime. And we have kept to those promises that were made during the campaign.
Oh, that's too funny! This is the man who signed the monster pork spending bill of all time and proposes a budget that will create the largest federal budget deficits in the history of the Republic.
As for cutting programs. So far, Obama has only cut defense, especially missile defense at a time when North Koreans are shooting rockets farther and faster than ever before . Don't hold your breath waiting for him to cut any social programs or wasteful spending in education despite clear evidence that federal dollars have been thrown down a rat hole for years with little or nothing to show for it.
No tax increases on families under $250K???
How stupid does the man think we are? He already signed a bill raising tobacco taxes which directly impact poor and minorities hardest. Taxes on everything from phones to energy use are only already on the way.
Clearly Obama has April Fool's and Tax Day confused. Either that or he just takes us all for fools! Either way the joke is on us and no one is laughing!
