Testimony Confirms Racism and Corruption at Obama Dept. of Justice

Voting rights laws only to be enforced if blacks are victims!
In May of last year I began covering the story of how the New Black Panthers were able to avoid prosecution for voter intimidation outside a Philadelphia polling place in November 2008 because Obama Dept. of Justice employees decided that no cases where blacks are accused should be prosecuted.

Since then, the evidence has mounted. First, J. Christian Adams resigned from the voting rights section at Justice citing what he termed "payback" by black officials at Justice towards white victims. Adams was dismissed as a Republican partisan by a news media that spent months trying to paint the Tea Parties as racist but refused to cover this story.

Meanwhile, the New Black Panther defendants were the subject of a National Geographic documentary in which one said in public: "It's time to kill some crackers! You're gonna have to kill their babies!"

Now, Christopher Coates, the former head of the Dept. of Justice voting rights section (he was forced out by the Obama people )came to testify under oath last week before the U.S. Civil Rights Commission. (Full documents relating to the Commission investigation are here.) Coates cannot be dismissed as a right winger. He is a former ACLU lawyer who has even received an award from the NAACP in Georgia for his work on protecting the voting rights of black people. But when he found evidence that blacks were committing these offenses, he was told to stand down and be silent.

The complete video of his testimony is here.

In Bill O'Reilly's Friday, September 25, Talking Points he summarizes the issue with excerpts and additional material:

What will come of the investigation by the U.S. Civil Rights Commission? Hard to say. Will Justice Dept. officials be held accountable? Probably not, even though a question of perjury is involved by one Obama official and the Dept. has gone out of it's way to refuse to cooperate with the investigation.

We all know that if something like this had happened when Bush was in office there would already have been hearings in Congress with calls for the Attorney General to resign. Perhaps if Republicans take control of Congress following the November election they can turn up the heat.

But it remains especially remarkable that the news media which hyped false allegations about Tea Party racism has been largely silent when evidence of REAL racism and political corruption is so abundant!

How can this nation expect to purge the evil of racism from it's soul when it permits racism to go unpunished as long as the perpetrator is black?
