Obama Cooks Books on ISIS But Worse Deception is on Global Warming. If His Polices Are Good Why Lie?

Lies, Damned Lies, Statistics and Obama!

The person who thought up the quote "lies, damned lies and statistics" never met Obama. It's hard to believe there is a person, let alone a President of the United States so willing to mislead and deceive the public in pursuit of a political agenda. But that's what Obama has been doing from the start!

For now, let's put aside the revelation that vital military intelligence on ISIS terrorists was being cooked to make it appear the problem isn't as bad as we can see with our own eyes. Obama is outraged of course and swears he will "get to the bottom of it." No doubt he will, just as soon as he gets to the bottom of the IRS Tea Party scandal.

But perhaps the far bigger scandal is the ongoing effort to lie, distort and deceive on the issue of climate change. Far worse than cooked ISIS intelligence because it keeps world leaders from focusing on terrorism and other more immediate problems like world hunger, poverty, literacy and disease. Millions of children die in Africa because leaders like Obama prefer to talk about anything but the real problems we face. Those kids in Africa don't need a solar panel!

The global warming gravy train is an international conspiracy designed to scare and extort fearful publics. Fortunately, after thirty five years of the most shameless scaremongering, with multiple doom and gloom scenarios all failing to arrive more and more people are waking up to the scam.

Obama: Leading the World in Climate Fraud!

You would think Obama might decide to move on to some other more popular left wing bit of kookery but no. He's doubled down on dumb when it comes to climate change. And heck by golly, apparently he's determined to try and lie his way through it!

Remember the Climategate email scandal where British climate alarmists destroyed the raw temperature data that would show their current temperature trajectory to be a fraud? Well, since few seemed to care about that hoax, Obama and friends have brought it back. Now, there is clear evidence that U.S. climate alarmists (you can't really call them scientists after this) have taken past temperature records and "adjusted" them in order to make the past appear cooler and the present warmer. We've seen this before (1,2) with the aggregate temperature readings being adjusted as in the animated below:

Now, there is additional proof that these global warming fakers are adjusting the recorded temperature readings of individual stations which make up the aggregate above. In all these cases the reading is going from warmer in the past to cooler and from cooler in the near present to warmer.

Following my last article, Homewood checked a swathe of other South American weather stations around the original three. In each case he found the same suspicious one-way “adjustments”. First these were made by the US government’s Global Historical Climate Network (GHCN). They were then amplified by two of the main official surface records, the Goddard Institute for Space Studies (Giss) and the National Climate Data Center (NCDC), which use the warming trends to estimate temperatures across the vast regions of the Earth where no measurements are taken. Yet these are the very records on which scientists and politicians rely for their belief in “global warming”.

Homewood has now turned his attention to the weather stations across much of the Arctic, between Canada (51 degrees W) and the heart of Siberia (87 degrees E). Again, in nearly every case, the same one-way adjustments have been made, to show warming up to 1 degree C or more higher than was indicated by the data that was actually recorded. This has surprised no one more than Traust Jonsson, who was long in charge of climate research for the Iceland met office (and with whom Homewood has been in touch). Jonsson was amazed to see how the new version completely “disappears” Iceland’s “sea ice years” around 1970, when a period of extreme cooling almost devastated his country’s economy.

One of the first examples of these “adjustments” was exposed in 2007 by the statistician Steve McIntyre, when he discovered a paper published in 1987 by James Hansen, the scientist (later turned fanatical climate activist) who for many years ran Giss. Hansen’s original graph showed temperatures in the Arctic as having been much higher around 1940 than at any time since. But as Homewood reveals in his blog post, “Temperature adjustments transform Arctic history”, Giss has turned this upside down. Arctic temperatures from that time have been lowered so much that that they are now dwarfed by those of the past 20 years.

Obama Most Transparent Liar in History

Remember when Obama said his administration would be the "most transparent and accountable Administration in history?" We all had a good laugh about that! Well, they are at it again. The same bunch that has sought to block every investigative effort to uncover the truth on an array of scandals is doing so again over their global warming hoax.

The Administration is refusing to hand over documents to the House Science Committee which might explain how and why they altered past temperature records. Naturally, one doesn't need to be a climate scientist to understand their reluctance to reveal what lengths the climate alarmists have gone to behind the scenes to pull of their scam.

But let's have a heart. Think of all those "scientists" and activists who have corrupted their craft FOR MONEY and all those greedy corrupt countries that can't wait to get their hands on guilt money from the West. What will they do if the gravy train is derailed?

But for now, Obama retains the perfect cover to stand in Paris of all places and declare that a non existent climate emergency is the greatest threat we face to the planet. It's even scarier to imagine that he and so many others might actually believe the lies they are spreading. Meanwhile, the world is burning not from global warming but a problem that Obama said was "contained" just weeks ago!

Meanwhile, more scientific data that hasn't been corrupted by politics and money is leading to the conclusion that we may be headed towards a mini ice age as the Sun appears to be dimming. No doubt Obama would like to have a tax on that too!

UPDATE: Why has NOAA omitted satellite temperature data? Because it shows no warming! Satellite measurements are the most accurate for global temperature monitoring but the government agency charged with monitoring temperature leaves them out of their calculations. Only one reason why.....
