It's how "news" of tragic events is manufactured by the Islamists for unquestioned distribution in the lamestream media and consumption by Western hysterics who seem only too willing to side with the terrorists over the people trying to defeat this evil.
Think of this as the video equivalent of the questions raised below regarding the Qana event.
The video is 18 minutes long, so plan a time when you can watch the whole thing. It's an eye opener.
