London commuter Alexander Chadwick, took this image on his mobile phone camera, as passengers are evacuated from an underground train in a tunnel near Kings Cross station in London, Thursday, July 7, 2005.
At least nine British citizens held prisoner at Guantanamo Bay were returned to Britain at the request of their government and subsequently released.
You can imagine that the returned and released detainees are kept under close scrutiny, yet what links do they have to those who committed the atrocities in London today?
While the image above is recorded in shades of gray, there can be no doubt that the conflict we are in is colored with stark contrasts of good and evil. Will the citizens of Great Britain come into the light of a fuller understanding of the nature of our common enemy after this attack?
