The title of Mike's America Poet Laureate is hereby bestowed upon reader "Scarlett" who pens the following verse:
What is so rare as a day in September,
Let me think,
Oh yes, I remember.
On the seventeenth a star did appear
to show us the light
And write without fear.
To fight the good fight ,
So the left just might hear
That Mike is so right
And his message so clear.
