Fidel on the Mend?

Found this at My Republican Blog:

Is Fidel on the Mend? A Reuters report citing Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chavez as it's source claims Castro is out of bed and talkative. Well, it's a Reuters report, so it's probably a lie. And Hugo Chavez isn't exactly known for truth telling either.
