Who's the Global Warming "Pariah?" Hint: Not the U.S.

Who can forget that memorable moment with John Kerry in Davos Switzerland? There he was seated right next to Former President of Iran Mohammad Khatami, the guy who used to lead the chant "Death to America" until the current nuclear holocaust loonie Amadjihad took over. Kerry was obviously trying to curry favor with the mullah when he called the U.S. an " international pariah."

One of the reasons Kerry chose to administer that peevish slap to his own country while in the presence of one of the world's biggest fascists was because "We [the U.S.]walk away from global warming, Kyoto..." (Is that the same Kyoto that Kerry voted against before he was for it?)

Oh yes, and the rest of the world passes the global sniff test on Kyoto and global warming?

NOT! Talk is one thing, action another. From the Center for Science and Public Policy comes this report by Christopher Horner about the recent U.N. conference for Kyoto participants in Nairobi, Kenya.

The subtitle for Horner's report is "How a post-2012 Kyoto pact is impeded not by U.S. Actions, but the failure of Europe and other Kyoto Parties to reduce emissions, and continued rejection of rationing by the vast majority of the world."

A bit strong? Consider this quote: "Over the most recent five years for which we have data (2000‐2004) Europeʹs GHG emissions have increased twice as fast as those of the U.S. Their CO2 emissions are increasing with an even greater disparity. Most starkly, the average EU country’s carbon dioxide emissions have increased over this period approximately five times as fast as those ofthe U.S. "

Get the picture?

And when you add in the India and China the Kyoto answer to global warming becomes even more ridiculous.

So far, all that talk from the Kyoto Krazies has only resulted in more hot air!
