ACLU Changing Its Tune? The title of the piece asks if the ACLU is changing it's tune? Nope! The ACLU remains perfectly consistent. They only oppose the traditions which have made this country great.

The University of Michigan at Dearborn is planning to spend $25,000 to install two footbaths for Muslim students to use before prayers.
Muslim leaders had considered trying to raise funds to pay for the baths privately — until the American Civil Liberties Union said it would not oppose having the university pay for the project. The director of the Detroit ACLU called the footbaths a "reasonable accommodation" to resolve "safety and cleanliness issues."
The ACLU has a long history of opposing other activities associated with prayer and religion on public property. It sued a Louisiana school board over allowing a preacher to give out pizza at school during lunch periods, and it sued a west Texas school district over an optional Bible class.
Debbie Schlussel has been all over this story, just as she has the other news items which demonstrate the slow drip, drip, drip as we give in to more and more Muslim demands.
Speaking of Muslims... Debbie Schlussel also uncovered this nugget of news you won't read about in the most newspapers:
Al Queda Attack Plans for New York Revealed by London Investigation
Long before the U.S. invaded Iraq. Long before we invaded Afghanistan. Even before George W. Bush was inaugurated as President of the United States Al Queda was planning the September 11th attacks.
But they were also planning many more attacks in New York as this post by Debbie Schlussel describes.
The evidence was uncovered by Scotland Yard in Great Britain where the terror cell planning these attacks and other attacks in Britain was successfully prosecuted. Included are links to the actual surveillance videos that Al Queda made in New York.
The plots were busted in part by the information gleaned from captured Al Queda mastermind Khalid Sheik Mohammed, currently being held at the detention facility at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
Readers will no doubt recall that delusionist lefty fools like Rosie O'Donnell insisted that the information we got from KSM was false and that there was no threat.
What we have here is yet more proof of how successful President Bush's security policy has been. Cooperation with our allies and aggressive intelligence gathering have saved thousands of American lives!
