Here's the Gallup Poll for Thursday:
The Rasmussen Daily Tracking Poll has been bouncing up and down but like the Gallup shows a race that is essentially tied. Other national polls which show Obama with a large lead are flawed by oversampling of Democrats:
In a posting at Da Tech Guy, a series of graphs showing that numbers of Democrats and Republicans are fairly evenly matched in most years. Since 2012 is NOT 2008 it is highly unlikely that Democrat turnout will match that record year.
Therefore, every poll showing a disproportionately large Democrat sample is heavily flawed!
Another graph from The Examiner shows the massive spending advantage the Obama campaign has enjoyed over the Romney campaign in key states:
Obama also has twice as many paid staff as Romney does. Romney will need to close that gap and quick.
It's amazing that with Obama's massive media advantage in which negative stories about Romney dominate campaign coverage while Obama's goofs are swept under the rug that the race is as close as it is.
