Resolutions yea or nay?
I've pretty much given up on resolutions. But if you haven't and need some tips, try here. If you are looking for an excuse not to make resolutions this article may help. Basically the author suggests why bother. We're going to eat and drink too much, be lazy and all the rest of it anyway so enjoy it! And as far as drinking goes, it's either the worst thing EVER or it may even be good for you (though not too much).
