Now, give me Scott Pruitt at EPA!
Dismantling the Obama era government overreach won't be easy or quick. Democrats are doing everything they can to block Trump cabinet nominees who will lead that fight. There has been an unprecedented obstruction by Senate Democrats in the confirmation process resulting in a significant slowdown in the ability of those nominees to take office quickly.
But it's no more Mr. Nice Guy, at least for now, for Senate Republicans who have had it with the violation of standards of Senate conduct in Dem's blind obstruction. Dems have poisoned the water of polite, civil discourse and now complain about the smell in the water. Little good will it do them.
Two big confirmations this week.
Betsy DeVos, Secretary of Education: She's empowered to fix failing public schools and dramatically enrich the education experience, especially for inner cities minority children who have been held hostage by the teacher's unions.
Jeff Sessions, Attorney General: After years in the U.S. Senate he knows what's wrong with the Department of Justice and he'll restore the rule of law to a department which was grossly politicized during the past eight years!
Meanwhile, a new tax plan is in the works and House GOP leaders vow to move forward with the repeal and replacement of ObamaCare. America is going back to work and Trump will MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!
