So Much for Civility! 72 hours After McCain Funeral Dems Turn Kavanaugh Confirmation Hearing Into Screaming Circus

Dems have gone from rioting in the streets to rioting in the halls of Congress!

Just days ago Dems lined up to praise the late Senator John McCain. Praising him for working with both sides and his sense of civility.  At McCain's Washington memorial service Obama praised McCain for his understanding of our "institutions of self government" and that McCain understood "those rules, those norms are what bind us together. It gives shape and order to our common life."

3 days later Dems put on a coordinated freak show where protesters were PAID to disrupt the senate confirmation hearing of Judge Kavanaugh and where Democrat senators began interrupting Sen. Charles Grassley (R-IA) before he even finished the first sentence of his introduction.

GRASSLEY: “Good morning. I welcome everyone to this confirmation hearing on the nomination of —“
HARRIS: “Mr. Chairman.”

HARRIS: “Mr. Chairman.”

Democrats went on to interrupt the hearings more than 76 times. So much for civility and respect for institutions!

Democrats were demanding the release of all documents which crossed Kavanaugh's desk when he was White House Staff Secretary even though Kavanaugh played no part in the policy underlying those documents. The ploy is a fishing expedition to re-litigate the Bush years. Funny how Dems did NOT provide all documents related to Justice Elena Kagin's time as Solicitor General during the Clinton Administration citing the same privilege they are now dismissing.

Democrats on the committee say they need more documents to give full consideration to the nominee yet they have already announced they will vote against Kavanaugh regardless.

I requested abt 1 million pages from Judge Kavanaugh’s time as govt lawyer for fair+thorough SCOTUS vetting That’s more than the last 5 SCOTUS nominees COMBINED Democrats who already oppose say its not enough. How much do you need to know to vote no?

70 protesters arrested. Some receiving payoffs with a "literal bag of cash." Un-democratic and un-American.

We should thank Democrats. Hours after they praise John McCain for civility they demonstrate exactly what that means to them. Their love for the institutions and norms of self government that Obama praised in McCain was on full display. Just another left wing freak show where they put their right to be heard above the rights of everyone else and the Constitution!
