Compare the crowdshot for Obama's appearance in Nevada to Trump's rally in Houston on Monday:
A conservative estimate of Trump's Houston crowd:
Obama drew 2,000 tops. When Trump was in Nevada days earlier his crowd was at least four times larger than Obama's.Lt. Gov. @DanPatrick at the Houston Trump rally: 16,000 inside. 15,000 outside. “Nearly 100,000 people asked to get a ticket to this event tonight. Why are we here? To tell @BetoORourke and the Democrats we’re not turning Texas into California.”— Jason Whitely (@JasonWhitely) October 22, 2018
If you missed the Houston rally, you can stream it here. The roar of the crowd is deafening!
Outside the Houston rally it was a street party with people lining up a day in advance if they hoped to get inside:
Watching the rally on large screens outside if they could not get in:
If you want to know why Robert Francis O'Rourke, who calls himself Beto and pretends he's Hispanic is losing BIG to Sen. Ted Cruz despite a $38 million campaign war chest all you have to do is look at these photos.
Of course O'Rourke's poor showing might have something to do with ditching his Texas hometown for so many years in New York City. Voters in Texas aren't as easily fooled as those in blue states!
