Dems First Demanded Trump Declassify Russian Documents. When He Agrees, They Change Their Tune. Whose Coverup Is This?

What are they trying to hide?

Before leaving on his trip to be the first world leader to meet Japan's new emperor President Trump issued a directive giving Attorney General William Barr broad authority to declassify documents related to the Trump-Russia conspiracy.

Release of the documents should reveal where the genesis of the Trump-Russia investigation began and how agencies relied on the infamous Steele Dossier and what steps were taken by Obama political appointees. The call should have been welcomed by Democrats who in the past have demanded just that:

Real Clear Politics: Nearly two years ago, when Trump accused Susan Rice, Obama’s national security adviser, of engaging in the “unmasking” of U.S. persons as part of the counter-intelligence probe, a potentially criminal act, Democratic Rep. Adam Schiff said he should show proof that it occurred.

“If he’s going to make accusations of criminality against anyone, he needs to show evidence to support that kind of charge,” the then-ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee said at the time.

Rep. Eric Swalwell, now a candidate for the Democratic presidential nomination, went further, arguing that “if the president wants to say that Susan Rice committed a crime, he has the power to declassify. No one else does.”

Now, Schiff, Swalwell and other Democrats who have routinely demanded the release of classified information if it might damage Trump are saying Trump's order to declassify is the worst thing they have ever heard.  Rep. Mike Quigley (D-IL) says it is "far worse" than what Russia did during the 2016 election.


Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) and Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee who previously demanded Trump declassify now says:"Trump and Barr conspire to weaponize law enforcement and classified information against their political enemies. The coverup has entered a new and dangerous phase. This is un-American."

Obviously Schiff knows what is in those classified reports and it's not going to make him or the Democrats look good. We may finally learn just how far the Obama Administration was willing to go to "weaponize" law enforcement.

And Rep. Swalwell (D-CA) says the exposure of Obama Administration wrong doing will "make us less safe." Every previous claim that release of this information would damage national security has been proven false. But that won't stop Swalwell and others from trying the lie again.

The truth is coming out and the rats are jumping the ship!

Attorney General Barr Getting Close to Source of Dem's Corrupt Attempt to Frame Trump: Obama White House Meeting w/ Coup Plotters

Last week Attorney General Barr made a very interesting statement in an interview with Bill Hemmer:

HEMMER: In the period of time between Election Day and the inauguration. Did anyone in government or in intelligence did they take action to justify their decisions?

BARR: Between. Election Day - Did you say?

HEMMER: Between Election Day of 2016 in November and inauguration day.

BARR: I think there were some very strange developments during that period. That's one of the things we want to look into.

HEMMER: Such as?

BARR: Such as the handling of the meeting on January 6 between the intelligence chiefs and the president and the leaking of information subsequent to that meeting.

HEMMER: Was that meeting in New York City?

BARR: Yes.

HEMMER: In Trump Tower?

BARR: Yes.

What Barr did not mention was what happened the day before that meeting on January 6th at Trump Tower. The day before in the Oval Office Obama, Biden, Yates, Clapper, Brennan, Comey and Rice gathered to plan strategy on how to share information about the infamous Steele Dossier with Trump. That curious meeting was memorialized in a very odd email National Security Adviser sent to herself minutes after Trump was sworn in as President. Questions about what was actually discussed remain.

Meanwhile, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is accusing Trump of a "cover up." Methinks she doth protest too much. It's clear where the real cover up is coming from and it's not Trump!

Hunter Biden was thrown out of the U.S. Navy in 2014 for testing positive for cocaine. Hardly a whimper in the media. Days before the 2016 election he returns a rental car but leaves behind multiple ID's, a badge and drug paraphernalia.

But you're not going to hear much about this. In previous Joe Biden scandals Mika Brzezinski who leads the Trump hating media at MSNBC has announced "I refuse to give it any more time." No doubt she and the rest of the media will sweep this under the rug too.

Imagine if it was one of Trump's children. You can imagine the hearings Dems would be announcing to get to the bottom of why no charges were filed!

Two years after leaving office, Joe Biden couldn’t resist the temptation last year to brag to an audience of foreign policy specialists about the time as vice president that he strong-armed Ukraine into firing its top prosecutor.

In his own words, with video cameras rolling, Biden described how he threatened Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko in March 2016 that the Obama administration would pull $1 billion in U.S. loan guarantees, sending the former Soviet republic toward insolvency, if it didn’t immediately fire Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin.

“I said, ‘You’re not getting the billion.’ I’m going to be leaving here in, I think it was about six hours. I looked at them and said: ‘I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money,’” Biden recalled telling Poroshenko.

“Well, son of a bitch, he got fired. And they put in place someone who was solid at the time,” Biden told the Council on Foreign Relations event, insisting that President Obama was in on the threat.

Ukrainian officials tell me there was one crucial piece of information that Biden must have known but didn’t mention to his audience: The prosecutor he got fired was leading a wide-ranging corruption probe into the natural gas firm Burisma Holdings that employed Biden’s younger son, Hunter, as a board member.

U.S. banking records show Hunter Biden’s American-based firm, Rosemont Seneca Partners LLC, received regular transfers into one of its accounts — usually more than $166,000 a month — from Burisma from spring 2014 through fall 2015, during a period when Vice President Biden was the main U.S. official dealing with Ukraine and its tense relations with Russia.

The general prosecutor’s official file for the Burisma probe — shared with me by senior Ukrainian officials — shows prosecutors identified Hunter Biden, business partner Devon Archer and their firm, Rosemont Seneca, as potential recipients of money.

Shokin told me in written answers to questions that, before he was fired as general prosecutor, he had made “specific plans” for the investigation that “included interrogations and other crime-investigation procedures into all members of the executive board, including Hunter Biden.”

Trump associate Paul Manafort is in jail today because of his conviction on charges related to Ukraine. Why does Joe Biden's son get a pass? And why does former Vice President Joe Biden openly brag about his role without any scrutiny?

If Biden was a Republican Democrats in Congress would be issuing subpoenas for the banking records of his grandchildren as they threaten to do with Trump. To say this is a double standard is an understatement.

Surely, as Democrats have said the past two years no one has anything to fear from an investigation if they have done nothing wrong. Those accused, or even under suspicion, in matters relating to Trump have spent tens of thousands on lawyers to protect themselves from the onslaught of prosecutorial and Dem investigation zealotry. If Biden and family have done nothing wrong, then let's appoint a Special Prosecutor to look into it. While we are at it, examine the obvious conflicts of all the Dem 2020 candidates. That's fair isn't it?

Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff and the Dems all chorltling about a "witch hunt" and how fast the GOP is advancing the case against Holder. Compare the more than EIGHT MONTHS the GOP House spent negotiating with the Obama Administration at that time to the less than three weeks Dems spent with Barr.

Nadler's show trial, not Barr, deserves to be held in contempt

...Congress invokes official contempt charges rarely, indeed only three times in the past 35 years. It is meant to be a last resort. But in 2012, the last time it was used, Attorney General Eric Holder was held in contempt for refusing to provide Congress with subpoenaed material, and Holder was a Democrat. So this is payback. But it should be noted that Holder had by then defied Congress for 203 days before House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa, R-Calif., first formally threatened him with contempt charges. Even then, Issa gave Holder an additional 48 days before his committee actually held a vote. And Issa was demanding answers about a Justice Department scandal that had actually resulted in the murder of at least one government official.

In shockingly sharp contrast, Nadler went from subpoena to contempt vote in 19 days, without evincing any desire to negotiate with the Justice Department over what could properly be shared by the committee. Nadler isn’t approaching this as one in which he should work out an agreement between two co-equal branches of government, which would be perfectly possible in this case if both sides were willing to be reasonable. Instead, he’s running a show trial to gin up enthusiasm among angry Democratic donors, both small and large.

What's more, and worse, is that Nadler's show trial is in pursuit of an end that is manifestly wrong. Barr’s efforts to protect privileged grand jury materials are not only justifiable but specifically mandated by law. Nadler has not a leg to stand on. Every single House Democrat on that committee knows and understands this. Yet not one objected to the circus in which they played the role of sundry clowns.

In the video Pelosi said then that the Congress should be working to get jobs for the American people, not engaging in witch hunts. Since the Dems took over, they've done NOTHING but the witch hunt. Rep. Steny Hoyer (D-MD) leads a chant at the end of the video "SHAME ON YOU." Yes, the shame should fall on these witch hunt hoaxsters who don't care about the American people!

These People Don't See a Child, They See Skin Color: Dem Media Racists Use Royal Baby to Advance Racial Agenda

Everything is about race to these racists!

Those are the famous words of Dr. Martin Luther King from his "I have a dream" speech. Powerful words that are lost on Democrats and their media allies who ALWAYS see skin color first.

Remember when then Sen. Joe Biden described Obama as "the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy." Race was the first thing on Joe's mind. No coincidence I suppose that he has a record of opposing school segregation. It works the other way too. Rep. Al Green (D-TX) told a panel testifying at a committee hearing: "You appear to be white men. I may be mistaken. If one among you happens to be something other than a white male, would you kindly extend a hand into the air? Kindly let the record reflect that there are no hands in the air and that the panel is made up of white men."

These attitudes pervade the Democrat Party from top to bottom. Everything from safe spaces on campus with "no whites allowed" to now, a racist view of the baby born to Prince Harry and Meghan this week:

Tiger’s injuries were so profound that for two years he could barely swing a club. As Tiger said, “There was a point in time I didn’t know if I’d ever do this again,” if he’d ever play again. But Tiger fought through the terrible pain, and he fought all the way back to the summit of golf.

Tiger Woods is one of the greatest golfers in history. He broke the race barrier for blacks in a mostly all white sport forever and has inspired young people to work hard to overcome obstacles to success. He is an American success story worthy of this honor.

Unfortunately, racists in the Dem media will tar and feather any black man or woman who dares to succeed without giving their white masters the credit. Those who refuse to kow tow to the party line will be maligned and vilified. Instead of celebrating with Tiger Woods on behalf of all young people seeking to succeed some in the media used the award to attack both Tiger and Trump. In their media world, black people are supposed to hate Trump as much as they do. If they don't they become a target for hate!

Here's the new rule: Trump is a racist if he gives a black man an award. He would also be a racist if he did not.

MCCONNELL:“It’s now been more than six weeks since Special Counsel Bob Mueller, the former FBI director, concluded his investigation into Russia’s interference in our 2016 election and delivered his findings to the Justice Department. It’s been two weeks since Attorney General William Barr made the 450-page report public. This investigation went on for two years. It’s finally over. Many Americans were waiting to see how their elected officials would respond.

“With an exhaustive investigation complete, would the country finally unify to confront the real challenges before us? Would we finally be able to move on from partisan paralysis and breathless conspiracy theorizing? Or would we remain consumed by unhinged partisanship, and keep dividing ourselves to the point that Putin and his agents need only stand on the sidelines and watch as their job is done for them? Regrettably, the answer is pretty obvious. So that’s what I want to discuss this morning. Russia’s interference in American elections. The work of the Special Counsel and the Attorney General. And how we can finally end this ‘Groundhog Day’ spectacle, stop endlessly re-litigating a two-and-a-half-year-old election result, and move forward for the American people.

“Now, it bears remembering what this investigation was actually supposed to be about: Russian interference in 2016. For many of the president’s opponents, it quickly morphed into something else. A last hope that maybe they’d never have to come to terms with the American people’s choice of a president. In some corners, Special Counsel Mueller came to be regarded as a kind of a secular saint, destined to rescue the country from the inconvenient truth that the American people actually elected Donald Trump. For two years, many of the president’s opponents seemed to be hoping the worst conspiracy theories were actually true. They seemed to be hoping for a national crisis for the sake of their own politics.

“Now look, I will say, it was at least heartening to see many of my Democratic colleagues and the media abruptly awaken to the dangers of Russian aggression. An awakening to the dangers of Russian aggression. Remember, not long ago, Democrats mocked Republicans like John McCain and Mitt Romney for warning about the dangers posed by Putin’s Russia. Remember President Obama’s quip in 2012 when then-Governor Romney emphasized his concerns with Russia? Here’s what President Obama said when Mitt Romney emphasized his concerns with Russia back in 2012. Direct quote, ‘The 1980s are now calling to ask for their foreign policy back.’ That was President Obama in 2012.

“Well, I think many of us now see that President Obama’s approach to Russia could have used some more of the 1980s in it. More Ronald Reagan and less Jimmy Carter. We’d have been better off if the Obama Administration hadn’t swept Putin’s invasion and occupation of Georgia under the rug or looked away as Russia forced out western NGOs and cracked down on civil society. If President Obama hadn’t let Assad trample his ‘red line’ on Syria or embraced Putin’s fake deal on chemical weapons. If the Obama Administration had responded firmly to Putin’s invasion and occupation of Ukraine in 2014; to the assassination of Boris Nemtsov in 2015; and to Russia’s intervention in Syria.

“Maybe stronger leadership would have left the Kremlin less emboldened. Maybe tampering with our democracy wouldn’t have seemed so very tempting. Instead, the previous administration sent the Kremlin the signal they could get away with almost anything. So is it surprising that we got the brazen interference detailed in Special Counsel Mueller’s report? A concerted effort to divide Americans through social media campaigns. Hacking into the e-mail accounts and networks of the Clinton campaign and the Democratic Party.

“Thanks to the investigation, we know more about these tactics. Thanks to the investigation, 13 Russian nationals, three Russian companies, and 12 more Russian intelligence officers have been indicted. These are the people who really did seek to undermine our democracy. Yet, curiously, many of our Democratic colleagues and most of the news media don’t really seem to care about that. New insight into defending America? Russian nationals indicted? Doesn’t seem to interest my colleagues across the aisle. No interest. Just like there’s been little interest in the steps this administration has taken to make Russia pay for its interference and strengthen America’s hand.

“Election interference was just one part in Russia’s strategy to undercut the United States. And this administration has taken the problem head-on. We have a new, coherent National Security Strategy and National Defense Strategy that take this threat seriously. We have new sanctions. We’ve provided Georgia and Ukraine weapons to better defend themselves – capabilities the previous administration denied our partners – now listen to this -- out of fear of provoking Russia. We’ve worked against pipeline projects like Nord Stream 2 that would further expand Putin’s influence. We’re strengthening and reforming NATO so the alliance can present a united front. We proved Russia’s non-compliance with the INF and walked away from a treaty that Moscow had made into a sham.

“And the Trump Administration has, over Russian objections, twice enforced President Obama’s red line in Syria after Assad’s use of chemical weapons. With respect to election security: Congress appropriated hundreds of millions of dollars to state governments to shore up their systems. The administration increased information-sharing from the Department of Homeland Security in cooperation with the states. And according to press reports, the Department of Defense has expanded its capabilities and authorities to thwart cyber threats to our democracy. No longer will we just hope Moscow respects our sovereignty; we will defend it. These are just a few examples. There’s already evidence they’re having an effect.

“We just had the 2018 midterm elections. Thanks to this administration’s leadership, all 50 states and more than 1,400 local election jurisdictions focused on election security like never before. DHS provided resources to localities for better cybersecurity and private social media companies monitored their own platforms for foreign interference. Thanks to efforts across the federal government, in 2018, we were ready. That clearly is progress. The Mueller Report will help us. So will the upcoming report from the Select Committee on Intelligence. These threats and challenges are real. Our responsibility to strengthen America is serious. And it requires serious work.

“But seriousness is not what we’ve seen from the Democratic Party in recent days. What we’ve seen is a meltdown. An inability to accept the bottom-line conclusion on Russian interference from the Special Counsel's report: ‘the investigation did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities.’ That’s the conclusion. Two years of exhaustive investigation, and nothing to establish the fanciful conspiracy theory that Democratic politicians and TV talking heads had treated like a foregone conclusion. They told everyone there’d been a conspiracy between Russia and the Trump Campaign. Yet on this central question, the Special Counsel’s finding is clear: Case closed. Case closed.

“This ought to be good news for everyone. But my Democratic colleagues seem to be publicly working through the five stages of grief. The first stage is ‘denial.’ Remember what happened when the Attorney General released his preliminary letter describing the Special Counsel’s bottom-line legal conclusions? Denial. Immediately, totally baseless speculation that perhaps Attorney General Barr hadn’t quoted the report properly. But then, comes stage two. ‘Anger.’ Welcome to Washington D.C. in recent days. The Democrats are angry. Angry that the facts disappointed them. Angry that our legal system will not magically undo the 2016 election for them.

“And they’ve opted to channel all their partisan anger onto the Attorney General. They seem to be angrier at Bill Barr for doing his job than they are at Vladimir Putin. This is a distinguished public servant whose career stretches back almost 50 years. He’s widely respected. Nobody claims he has any prior personal allegiance to this president. And why are they angry? Did the Attorney General fire the Special Counsel or force him to wind down prematurely? No. Did he sit on the Mueller Report and keep it secret? No, he quickly reported out its bottom-line legal conclusions and then released as much as possible for the world to see. Did he use redactions to mislead the public? No. Working with the Special Counsel’s team he released as much as possible within standard safeguards.

“So it’s hard to see the source of this anger. Maybe my Democratic colleagues are thinking of some strange new kind of ‘cover up’ -- where you take the entire thing you’re supposedly covering up and post it on the Internet. The claims get more and more utterly absurd. Baseless accusations of perjury. Laughable threats of impeachment. Look, we all know what’s going on here. This is the whole angry barrage that Democrats had prepared to unleash on President Trump. Except the facts let them down. And so the left has swung all those cannons around and fired them at the Attorney General. Not for any legitimate reason. Just because he’s a convenient target.

“So look, there’s this ‘outrage industrial complex’ that spans from Capitol press conferences to cable news. They are grieving -- grieving -- that the national crisis they spent two years wishing for did not materialize. But for the rest of the country, this is good news. Bad news for the ‘outrage industrial complex,’ but good news for the country. So, now they’re slandering a distinguished public servant because the real world has disappointed them. Instead of taking a deep breath and coming back to reality, our colleagues across the aisle want to shoot the messenger and keep the perpetual outrage machine right on going. Even undermining the institution of the Attorney General itself in the process.

“Remember, Russia set out to sow discord. To create chaos in American politics and undermine confidence in our democracy. But, on that front, given the left’s total fixation on delegitimizing the president Americans chose and shooting any messenger who tells them inconvenient truths, I’m afraid the Russians hardly need to lift a finger. Well, the last stage of grief is ‘acceptance.’ For the country’s sake, I hope my Democratic friends get there soon. There are serious issues the American people need us to tackle. There is more progress for middle-class families that we need to deliver.

“For two years, the Democratic Party held out hope that the legal system would undo their loss in 2016. They refused to make peace with the American people’s choice. But the American people elected this president. They did. The American people voted for change. The American people sent us here to deliver results for their families. That’s what Republicans have been doing for the past two years and counting. It’s what Republicans will continue to do. And whenever our Democratic friends can regain their composure and come back to reality, we look forward to their help.”

Today's Democrats are doing Putin's bidding. That much is clear. But then, Dems have ALWAYS been soft on the Russians!

Remember the media outrage overdrive when Trump said in an October 2016 debate with Hillary Clinton that he might not concede if he lost? Hillary pounced:

“That’s horrifying,” Mrs. Clinton replied. “Let’s be clear about what he is saying and what that means. He is denigrating — he is talking down our democracy. And I am appalled that someone who is the nominee of one of our two major parties would take that position.” Hillary added: “That is not the way our democracy works.”

Yet ever since Trump was elected in an Electoral College landslide Hillary and the Democrats have been engaged in a "horrifying" denial of democracy. And they are still doing it. Efforts are underway in several states to end participation in the Electoral College. And Hillary is STILL saying the election was "stolen" from her.

The real danger to democracy is coming from the Democrats!

Remember When Global Warming Alarmists Said Snow Was a "Thing of the Past?"

Spring snow in the U.S. and Britain put the lie to that one!

How many years have the predictors of climate doom and gloom been telling us that "snow is a thing of the past"? (1,2) In 2000, a British publication whined "children just aren't going to know what snow is." Democrats in the U.S. Senate picked up the script and went to the floor of the Senate over the past 20 years to sing the same song. Climate hysterics went so far as to tell children that "Christmas was canceled" in an ad where Santa Claus said the North Pole was melting. That scaremongering might have helped the recruitment effort for young propagandists but reality has a hard way of catching up with the lies.

Obviously snow is not a "thing of the past." Like very other alarmist prediction from the sky is falling crowd NOT ONE has come true. The Arctic is not melting, polar bears are not endangered. Sea levels are not rising at an increasing level. Hurricanes, tornadoes, drought, wildfires are not increasing. Warming isn't the problem. Cooling might be. One thing you can bet on: if a cooling cycle does occur climate hysterics will demand a carbon tax to address it. They're not about to give up that gravy train of riches!

Democrats Call Attorney General Barr a "Liar" Yet Have Not Viewed Full Mueller Report

Clearly their motives are not based on facts, but naked politics!

So, Attorney General Barr testifies before the U.S. Senate this week where Democrats called him every name in the book. Sen. Mazie Hirona (D-HI) who never met a lie she didn't like when it was directed at Brett Kavanaugh during his confirmation hearing for a seat on the U.S. Supreme Court accused Barr of lying and being in Trump's pocket. She wasn't alone. The rest of the preening 2020 presidential Dem wanabees echoed the same remarks as if they were reading from a script. It's likely that's exactly what they were doing.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi got her copy of the script too. She accused Barr of lying to Congress and insisted he should be prosecuted.  Pelosi wasn't clear on what Barr lied about but who cares right?

What's odd is that these same supposed seekers of truth have not bothered to read the full Mueller report which they can do by visiting a special room in the Justice Department where sensitive documents are kept.  Republicans have been the ONLY visitors.   But then, that's just further proof that this isn't about whether Barr mislead Americans about the Mueller report, it's a transparent political attack.

Hillary Clinton Invites Chinese to Interfere in 2020 Election. Where is the Special Prosecutor?

When Trump joked about the Russians finding Hillary's missing emails Democrats pounced. They said it was proof that Trump was colluding with Russia to interfere in the 2016 election.

So what about this?
