Who's That with Mike?

William F. Buckley JUNIOR (ahem City Troll) celebrated the 50th Anniversary of National Review this week at a Washington, D.C. gala. Mike's America dredges up this photo from the 80's once again to answer critics that Mike is a RINO (Republican In Name Only).
