Democrats Defend Policy of Surrender!

At this hour, the House of Representaives is currently debating a resolution put forward to demand an immediate withdrawal of U.S. forces from Iraq. The resolution was suggested by the comments yesterday of John Murtha (D-PA), who insisted that the Iraq war was a mistake.

If you have C-Span on your cable system, you will never see a more impassioned debate. It's a fight that has been long overdue and Democrats do not like it one bit!

Newly elected Ohio Congresswoman Jean Schmidt created an uproar when she suggested she told Democrats that:

"Marines never cut and run."

Democrats have considered the court of public opinion their territory for too long. It's about time we fought back.

Win the War, Win the Peace, Win for America!!!

The vote in the House approaches. Democrats insist the resolution reflecting their position be withdrawn. Is this yet another example of voting FOR American Security BEFORE they vote AGAINST it?

Update: 11:30 P.M: House of Representatives votes overwhelmingly against immediate Iraq withdrawal.

House Resolution 571: "It is the sense of the House that deployment of U.S. forces in Iraq be terminated immediately."

403 against, only 3 in favor (all Dems)

So now we've had countless votes on Iraq in Congress and the subject debated and voted on in two national elections. The people have spoken. There's nothing wrong with questioning our strategy or tactics, but when American dissent begins showing up on Al Jazeera it encourages the enemies who are currently killing Americans and countless thousands of innocents.

It's time for Democrats to get behind VICTORY, or SHUT THE F@#K UP!
