Here's the memo:
In short, top leadership of the FBI and Department of Justice during the final months of the Obama Administration used the phony Trump-Russia dossier, bought and paid for by the Hillary campaign, to spy on Trump and as the basis to demand a Special Prosecutor.
Byron York distills it down further to these key points:
* The Steele dossier formed an essential part of the initial and all three renewal FISA applications against Carter Page.
* Andrew McCabe confirmed that no FISA warrant would have been sought from the FISA Court without the Steele dossier information.
* The four FISA surveillance applications were signed by, in various combinations, James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Sally Yates, Dana Boente, and Rod Rosenstein.
* The FBI authorized payments to Steele for work on the dossier. The FBI terminated its agreement with Steele in late October when it learned, by reading an article in Mother Jones, that Steele was talking to the media.
* The political origins of the Steele dossier were known to senior DOJ and FBI officials, but excluded from the FISA applications.
* DOJ official Bruce Ohr met with Steele beginning in the summer of 2016 and relayed to DOJ information about Steele's bias. Steele told Ohr that he, Steele, was desperate that Donald Trump not get elected president and was passionate about him not becoming president.
The top Leadership and Investigators of the FBI and the Justice Department have politicized the sacred investigative process in favor of Democrats and against Republicans - something which would have been unthinkable just a short time ago. Rank & File are great people!

In reading #TheMemoIsOut one needs to focus on the names of the people who signed off, multiple times, on the FISA warrant requests which used the fabricated Steele/FusionGPS dossier as evidence to spy on an American citizen. #ReadTheMemo

Remember to take this Memo in conjunction with who’s wife works for FusionGPS, the text msgs between FBI lovers, missing emails, tarmac meetings, Comey press conferences, who wrote Comey statement, McCabe’s testimony on FISA warrant, private servers, unmasking #ReadTheMemo

By intentionally withholding vital information from the FISA court about source credibility, background, & clear political bias, these activists within the government betrayed their oaths of office & helped launch an entire false narrative directed at delegitimizing the President

There must be a review of past FISA warrants and unmasking orders to determine whether there are other instances of the government knowingly submitting faulty or biased evidence to the court in order to get secret warrants on American citizens. #FISAMemo

This is just the first shoe to drop. It may require the declassification of additional documents upon which the memo is based to answer the attempts by Democrats to muddy the waters. What is clear is that there is no longer any justification for a Special Prosecutor to investigate crimes that were never committed.
Ironic that Democrats who constantly complained about the danger to our democracy of the FISA process during the Bush years without a shred of evidence to support their concern are now left in the position of trying to deny, obfuscate or cover up the worst abuse of that process ever!
