Speaker Pelosi's Stunt At State of the Union Speech the Most Petty, Mean Spirited Display Seen in Recent Memory on House Floor

We can all laugh the next time she lectures Republicans on civility!

Of course she did it as a distraction from  the best State of the Union speech I have ever heard.  Trump's speech highlighted the best of America, our success and our heroes. She spit on that with that petulant, childish act.

And Pelosi claims she doesn't hate anyone. Imagine a few weeks from now as the 2020 campaign heats up Pelosi lecturing Republicans on civility. We can just laugh!

Pelosi's act spit on the heroes and the families of those who sacrificed loved ones sitting in the gallery tonight. She spits on the historic achievement of economic progress for middle class and working people.

Question: Since the State of the Union address is required by the U.S. Constitution did Pelosi violate the Federal Records Act by destroying this signed artifact that is required by the Constitution?

One of the best comments I have seen recommends that after the Senate aquits President Trump in the bogus impeachment trial Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell rip up the Articles of Impeachment Pelosi signed and send them back to the House for recycling along with her souvenir pens!
