With almost yearly hurricane evacuations and emergencies we are used to a bit of panic in the Lowcountry of South Carolina.  But that abates as quick as the storm passes in most cases.  Never have I seen stores looking like this in recent days:


 

Bernie Sanders, who honeymooned in the Soviet Union and praised Venezuela and Cuba would feel right at home. This is what the Green New Deal looks like in practice.
