CO2 emissions in the United States dropped significantly over the past few years. This has nothing to do with Obama or support for the Paris Accords but everything to do with increased production of natural gas from fracking. Naturally, the Dems want to put a stop to that right?

And they had help from RUSSIA which has been funding U.S. environmental groups to oppose fracking. the same groups, like the Natural Resources Defense Council turned right around and gave big bucks to Dems like Hillary Clinton and Sen. Chuck Schumer!
