Hillary Clinton Destroyed Evidence. Will She Be Held Accountable?

Worse than Nixon!

During the Watergate hearings a young staffer named Hillary Rodham was eager to impeach President Nixon for subverting justice. As a former Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton did far worse than Nixon ever did. She destroyed thousands of emails, many of which may have held key information on vital government policy that should have remained part of the public record.

Now we learn from the New York Times, she erased the server.
No Copies of Clinton Emails on Server, Lawyer Says
New York Times
MARCH 27, 2015

WASHINGTON — An examination of the server that housed the personal email account that Hillary Rodham Clinton used exclusively when she was secretary of state showed that there are no copies of any emails she sent during her time in office, her lawyer told a congressional committee on Friday.

After her representatives determined which emails were government-related and which were private, a setting on the account was changed to retain only emails sent in the previous 60 days, her lawyer, David Kendall, said. He said the setting was altered after she gave the records to the government.

“Thus, there are no hdr22@clintonemail.com emails from Secretary Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state on the server for any review, even if such review were appropriate or legally authorized,” Mr. Kendall said in a letter to the House select committee investigating the 2012 attacks in Benghazi, Libya.

The committee subpoenaed the server this month, asking Mrs. Clinton to hand it over to a third party so it could determine which emails were personal and which were government records.
If Richard Nixon had just burned the White House tapes he might have stayed in office. But Nixon had more respect for the law than Hillary Clinton!

Diagram Shows the Chaos of Obama's Failed Foreign Policy

He's had six years to figure this stuff out and things are going from bad to worse!

First Obama withdrew all American troops from Iraq in 2011. Then he led from behind in Libya. Next he forced Egypt's Mubarak from power. Then he drew a red line over chemical weapons use in Syria and erased it. He followed that up by insisting that ISIS terrorists were nothing more than a "JV" team. Finally, he's joined Iran in pushing for a nuclear deal that is sure to cause an arms race across the region.

The result? Utter chaos and the looming prospect of a regional and perhaps wider war.

One example of the total strategic incoherence is found with this chart which shows the interconnections between U.S. allies like Saudi Arabia and adversaries like Iran:

Now, perhaps some may think Obama is the most brilliant President we've ever had and he can figure this out. If you believe that, please point me to ONE major strategic accomplishment in foreign policy that Obama has to brag about from the last six years. Sorry, but ordering the killing of Osama bin Laden isn't a strategic accomplishment.

The world is in crisis and it's due in no small measure to the vacuum of American power and leadership created by Obama. You can't blame George W. Bush for this mess. You can blame Obama. Don't say we didn't warn you!

P.S. Iranian defector confirms that U.S. has thrown in the towel and caved to Iran's demands in nuke talks. Worse than that, the U.S. is perceived as siding with Iran against the other powers in nuke talks!

Why Can't Obama See the Damage that EVERYONE ELSE Sees in U.S. Foreign Policy Disasters?

It's one thing for Mike's America to declare Obama's foreign policy a disaster. But I'm not alone and the realization is spreading fast!

From Michael Crowley at Politico:
Obama's Mideast 'free fall'
Mounting chaos in the region puts the administration on the defensive.
By Michael Crowley
3/26/15 7:40 PM EDT

Barack Obama faces a slew of Middle East crises that some call the worst in a generation, as new chaos from Yemen to Iraq — along with deteriorating U.S.-Israeli relations — is confounding the president’s efforts to stabilize the region and strike a nuclear deal with Iran.

The meltdown has Obama officials defending their management of a region that some call impossible to control, even as critics say U.S. policies there are partly to blame for the spreading anarchy.

“If there’s one lesson this administration has learned, from President Obama’s 2009 Cairo speech through the Arab Spring, it’s that when it comes to this region, nothing happens in a linear way — and precious little is actually about us, which is a hard reality to accept,” said a senior State Department official.

Not everyone is so forgiving. “We’re in a goddamn free fall here,” said James Jeffrey, who served as Obama’s ambassador to Iraq and was a top national security aide in the George W. Bush White House.

For years, members of the Obama team have grappled with the chaotic aftermath of the Arab Spring. But of late they have been repeatedly caught off-guard, raising new questions about America’s ability to manage the dangerous region.

Obama officials were surprised earlier this month, for instance, when the Iraqi government joined with Iranian-backed militias to mount a sudden offensive aimed at freeing the city of Tikrit from the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant. Nor did they foresee the swift rise of the Iranian-backed rebels who toppled Yemen’s U.S.-friendly government and disrupted a crucial U.S. counterterrorism mission against Al Qaeda there.

Meanwhile, the U.S. launched airstrikes against ISIL in Tikrit after originally insisting it would sit out that offensive. U.S. officials had hoped to avoid coordination with Shiite militias under the direct control of Iranian commanders in the country.

Now the U.S. is in the strange position of fighting ISIL alongside Iran at the same time it backs the Sunni campaign against Iran’s allies in Yemen — even as Secretary of State John Kerry hopes to seal a nuclear deal with Iran in Switzerland within days.

On Thursday, Iran’s foreign minister, who has been meeting with Secretary of State John Kerry in Switzerland to discuss Iran’s nuclear program, demanded an immediate halt to the Yemen incursion.

At the same time, civil war rages on in Syria. On Thursday, Robert Menendez, the ranking Democrat on the Senate Foreign Affairs Committee, sent Obama a letter urging him to respond to charges that the regime of Bashar Assad — a close ally of Tehran — has used chlorine gas against civilians. In late 2013, Obama threatened to punish Assad with airstrikes after his forces deployed nerve gas.

Also in chaos is Libya, home to two dueling governments — and another target of cross-border Arab military action when Egypt and the United Arab Emirates conducted airstrikes against alleged Islamic extremists there in August. That action also reportedly surprised U.S. officials.

It all amounts to a far cry from Obama’s optimistic vision when he came to office suggesting that by withdrawing U.S. troops from Iraq and focusing on Israeli-Palestinian peace he could stabilize, if not completely calm, the long-troubled area.

Instead, Obama looks poised to leave an even more dangerous and unpredictable region than the one he inherited in 2009.

“The mood here is that we really are at a crisis point that is unprecedented in recent memory,” said Suzanne Maloney, a senior fellow in the Middle East policy center at the Brookings Institution, who spoke from the Qatari capital of Doha. “This feels more intense and more complicated” than past moments of turmoil, Maloney added.
Driving this chaos is the Obama Administration's incomprehensible, reckless delusion that a hopelessly flawed nuclear deal with Iran will somehow solve the problem. In fact, it only makes all these problems WORSE!

Stupidity, incompetence and left wing demagogic delusions all piled together are creating a stew of unimaginable danger to world peace. How ironic that the man awarded the Nobel Peace Prize may be about to revisit the horrors brought about by the fantasies of fools in 1938 once again. War is coming and you can thank Obama for it!

Iranian Hard Liners ("Death to America") Can't Believe Their Good Luck as Obama Caves on Nuke Deal

Multiple news reports show U.S. throwing in the towel for an agreement that would actually mean something all for the sake of a deal!

The state controlled Iranian news agency, FARS, reports:
Director General for Political Affairs at the Iranian Foreign Ministry and nuclear negotiator Hamid Baeidinejad said on Wednesday that the western powers have withdrawn from their previous positions in nuclear talks with Tehran."The other side has withdrawn from its positions compared with the past, otherwise we wouldn’t have stood at this point and stage in the talks at all," Baeidinejad told reporters in Tehran on Wednesday.
This is confirmed by other news reports. In the Washington Free Beacon:
The Obama administration is giving in to Iranian demands about the scope of its nuclear program as negotiators work to finalize a framework agreement in the coming days, according to sources familiar with the administration’s position in the negotiations.

U.S. negotiators are said to have given up ground on demands that Iran be forced to disclose the full range of its nuclear activities at the outset of a nuclear deal, a concession experts say would gut the verification the Obama administration has vowed would stand as the crux of a deal with Iran.
“Once again, in the face of Iran’s intransigence, the U.S. is leading an effort to cave even more toward Iran—this time by whitewashing Tehran’s decades of lying about nuclear weapons work and current lack of cooperation with the [International Atomic Energy Agency],” said one Western source briefed on the talks but who was not permitted to speak on record.

With the White House pressing to finalize a deal, U.S. diplomats have moved further away from their demands that Iran be subjected to oversight over its nuclear infrastructure.

“Instead of ensuring that Iran answers all the outstanding questions about the past and current military dimensions of their nuclear work in order to obtain sanctions relief, the U.S. is now revising down what they need to do,” said the source. “That is a terrible mistake—if we don’t have a baseline to judge their past work, we can’t tell if they are cheating in the future, and if they won’t answer now, before getting rewarded, why would they come clean in the future?”

The United States is now willing to let Iran keep many of its most controversial military sites closed to inspectors until international sanctions pressure has been lifted, according to sources.
In a nutshell, Iran can right on developing a bomb and we can't prove their not. We just have to take their word for it. As Time Magazine reported in 2012, Iranians in the know admit that talks and agreements are just a stalling tactic until Iran is ready to announce they have the bomb. Obama is playing right into their hands. Does he know know this? Does he not care? Does Obama have the slightest hint how tarnished the legacy of his failed presidency will be in the eyes of history once all his chickens have come home to roost?

How Many More Americans Will Die Because of Obama's Bergdahl Terrorist Swap?

Is it more important for Obama to fulfill a campaign pledge to close Gitmo than to protect American lives?

So, Bowe Bergdahl was officially charged with desertion from the Army in Afghanistan and "misbehavior before the enemy." The only surprise here is why it took so long to make it official. The best guess is that Obama was hoping interest in the case and the scandal it caused would wane. It didn't.

What's really amazing here is how completely incompetent and out of touch this episode makes Obama and his team appear. Tom Bevan, writing at Real Clear Politics walks us back:
Travel back with me, dear reader, to a magical and sunny time. It was only 10 months ago, on a glorious June morning when President Obama called the White House press corps together in the Rose Garden. There, our smiling president proudly announced that the United States had secured the release of an American serviceman held captive in Afghanistan for five years.

Flanked by the grateful parents of returning Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, the president lauded his administration’s “ironclad commitment to bring our prisoners of war home.”

The soldier’s father, Bob Bergdahl, read a prayer; the young man’s mother, Jani, hugged the president. It was a story that could please all Americans: parenthood (quite properly) trumping partisanship.

Yet even as White House image-makers touted the picture of a concerned commander-in-chief looking out for the troops, a nagging bit of foreshadowing interjected itself into the narrative. For starters, the senior Bergdahl’s prayer was delivered in Arabic and began with a blessing from the Koran. While his son was in captivity Bob Bergdahl had grown his hair and beard long, Taliban-style, and now he also sprinkled his remarks from the White House lectern with a few words of Pashto, the language of Bowe Bergdahl’s captors.

More disconcerting still were the terms of the deal securing the soldier’s release, which the president referred to only fleetingly.

“As part of this effort, the United States is transferring five detainees from the prison in Guantanamo Bay to Qatar,” Obama said. “The Qatari government has given us assurances that it will put in place measures to protect our national security.”
Then we were treated to National Security Adviser Susan Rice delivering yet another of her big lie performances for the media when she went on Sunday shows to declare:

RICE: :[Bergdahl] ""an American prisoner of war captured on the battlefield...served the United States with honor and distinction."
At least she didn't blame it on a You Tube video!

But Rice and Obama HAD TO KNOW that the story of Bergdahl wasn't as they portrayed it. From the Wall Street Journal:
The Associated Press has reported that an internal Pentagon investigation in 2010 found “incontrovertible” evidence that he had walked away from his post. Journalists also uncovered an exchange of letters in which the soldier wrote to his father “the title of U.S. soldier is just the lie of fools,” that he was “ashamed to even be american,” and that “the future is too good to waste on lies.” Replied father Robert: “OBEY YOUR CONSCIENCE!”

All of this would have been known to President Obama and National Security Adviser Susan Rice when the Administration decided to swap Sgt. Bergdahl for five Guantanamo Bay detainees—all top Taliban leaders—in May 2014.
The Journal asserts that Obama's focus here was on finding a way to release terrorists from the Detention Facility at Guantanamo Bay (Gitmo). Apparently he thought he could just bluff his way through the Berghdahl swap.

But what Tom Bevan called Obama's Bergdahl "fairy tale" unraveled when we learned that Bergdahl didn't just desert but that Americans died trying to rescue him.

Above are the men who were killed searching for Bergdahl. Their families didn't get an appearance in the White House Rose Garden with Obama. No top Administration officials praised their service or their sacrifice. Only the sad stories of their families remain.

What's worse is that the predictable consequence that trading for hostages would only mean more hostages and more lost American lives has already come true. The family of Kayla Mueller, murdered by ISIS, says that after the Bergdahl swap the negotiations to get Kayla released became impossible.

And soon, these top five Taliban generals will go back to the battlefield without any restriction. They will be free to take up the fight once again. How many more Americans will die as a result?

Obama continues to put politics above good policy in the war on terror. He ignores the consequences, which are obvious to most others, in a dogmatic pursuit of an ideological agenda. The only achievement he can boast is of the weakening of America and putting more lives at risk for the sake of his deluded ego!\

UPDATE: Boston Herald "Susan Rice should resign... now!"

367, REPEAT, 367 House Members of BOTH PARTIES Send Letter to Obama Expressing "Grave and Urgent" Concerns Over Nuke Deal with Iran

Will Obama dismiss THIS the same way he did a letter by Senate Republicans?

When members of your own party rise in near unison with those of the other party, isn't time for Obama to listen? Will Obama's left wing hack base call nearly the entire House of Representatives "traitors" as they did Senate Republicans? This letter is signed by top leadership Democrats as well as Republicans. How far will this willful and reckless appeasement by Obama go? Read the letter. Read the signatures!

Obama is out of step with the nearly the ENTIRE political base of the U.S. Congress. His actions are not only un-presidential, but un-American!

According to Gen. Petraeus, the Only Thing Worse Than ISIS is Iran and Obama's in bed With Them!

The only enemies Obama recognizes is Israel and Republicans!

Below I recount the mounting attacks, death toll and mass graves from the terrorist menace exploding across the world. Most of that is centered around ISIS. But ISIS isn't the only source of terrorism in the world.

In an article in the Washington Post, General David Petraeus says:
PETRAEUS:[I]t is impossible to return to Iraq without a keen sense of opportunities lost. These include the mistakes we, the U.S., made here, and likewise the mistakes the Iraqis themselves have made. This includes the squandering of so much of what we and our coalition and Iraqi partners paid such a heavy cost to achieve.
What has happened in Iraq is a tragedy — for the Iraqi people, for the region and for the entire world. It is tragic foremost because it didn't have to turn out this way. The hard-earned progress of the Surge was sustained for over three years. What transpired after that, starting in late 2011, came about as a result of mistakes and misjudgments whose consequences were predictable. And there is plenty of blame to go around for that.
Yes, those consequences were predictable. President George W. Bush predicted this would happen if we left Iraq too early as Obama insisted. The blame lies entirely with Obama.

BUSH: “I know some in Washington would like us to start leaving Iraq now. To begin withdrawing before our commanders tell us we are ready would be dangerous for Iraq, for the region, and for the United States. It would mean surrendering the future of Iraq to al Qaeda. It would mean that we’d be risking mass killings on a horrific scale. It would mean we’d allow the terrorists to establish a safe haven in Iraq to replace the one they lost in Afghanistan. It would mean increasing the probability that American troops would have to return at some later date to confront an enemy that is even more dangerous.”
Petraueus went on to add:
I think Iraq and the coalition forces are making considerable progress against the Islamic State. In fact, I would argue that the foremost threat to Iraq’s long-term stability and the broader regional equilibrium is not the Islamic State; rather, it is Shiite militias, many backed by — and some guided by — Iran.

These militia returned to the streets of Iraq in response to a fatwa by Shia leader Grand Ayatollah Sistani at a moment of extreme danger. And they prevented the Islamic State from continuing its offensive into Baghdad. Nonetheless, they have, in some cases, cleared not only Sunni extremists but also Sunni civilians and committed atrocities against them. Thus, they have, to a degree, been both part of Iraq's salvation but also the most serious threat to the all-important effort of once again getting the Sunni Arab population in Iraq to feel that it has a stake in the success of Iraq rather than a stake in its failure. Longer term, Iranian-backed Shia militia could emerge as the preeminent power in the country, one that is outside the control of the government and instead answerable to Tehran.

Beyond Iraq, I am also profoundly worried about the continuing meltdown of Syria, which is a geopolitical Chernobyl. Until it is capped, it is going to continue to spew radioactive instability and extremist ideology over the entire region.

Any strategy to stabilize the region thus needs to take into account the challenges in both Iraq and Syria. It is not sufficient to say that we’ll figure them out later.
And what is Obama doing about the threat posed by Iran? Nothing. Instead of countering this threat he's making nice with the Iranians for the purpose of signing an agreement that will eventually allow Iran to get a nuclear weapon thus complicating an already difficult situation beyond all imagining.

The next president, from either party, will have an incredible mess to clean up. Sadly, it was ALL avoidable. But Obama seems determined to make a messy situation far worse and leave the U.S. and our allies in weaker shape to deal with it. You might almost suspect it planned it that way!

UPDATE: Iran's Leader Declares "Death to America" and he MEANS IT! Over the years Iran's Hezbollah proxy has killed hundreds of Americans. Hundreds more in Iraq. The Iranians laugh at Obama's weakness and stupidity!

A Bloody Week of Terrorist Killing and Still Nothing but Indifference from Obama

As the killings mount Obama remains more fixed on attacking Israelis and Republicans than doing ANYTHING effective about terrorism!

It was just last September that Obama declared his anti-terrorism policy in Yemem to be a "success" and a model for efforts across the region. Bad enough that the government in Yemen that was our partner in fighting terrorism has been replaced by Iranian backed radicals, ISIS has gotten into the act.
  • 130 dead in suicide attacks against mosques in Yemen on Friday. ISIS took the credit.
Some success story hunh?
Then this:
  • In Nigeria, soldiers uncovered a mass grave where 100 victims of the terrorist group Boko Haram were found. It is suspected that other mass graves are nearby. Boko has allied with ISIS.
So much for this:

Symbolism like Michelle Obama's twitter message is about all we see from the Obama Administration. In Iraq and Syria where the terrorist plague continues to spread the Obama Administration has done nothing but continue with a very limited campaign of airstrikes. Meanwhile, ISIS is speading fast to other countries like Afghanistan, Malaysia and others (1,2,3)

Obama is doing next to nothing to address this growing challenge. Twice in the last year he's made the claim that the world is "The world is better, safer, more peaceful" (1,2) since he was elected despite clear evidence to the contrary.

Instead of taking the expanding problem seriously Obama is busy trying to make a nuclear deal with Iran that would only make things worse. The only thing worse than an expanding ISIS is an expanding Iran. Yet Obama either doesn't know about that danger or does not care. He's either delusional or criminal in the misconduct of his duty!

UPDATE: Last Americans Evacuated from Yemen. Special Forces at Yemeni air base gone and along with them all vestiges of Obama's once touted anti-terrorism capability. Oh well. Bashing Israel and the GOP is more important!

Is it Any Wonder States Are Going Broke? Union Activist Sues for $36k Annual Pension After Teaching for ONE DAY!

Another example of union greed at the expense of taxpayers and the education of children!

David Piccioli, a retired lobbyist for the Federation of Teachers union in Illinois, already receives TWO state pensions worth more than $61,000 a year. Now he wants a third for $36k annually for serving as a substitute teacher for ONE DAY.

It's a scam the teachers unions have used to enrich their members at the expense of the taxpayer and to the detriment of public education.

And why shouldn't Piccioli get money for doing nothing? Democrats have made that a staple of their governing program for decades. But if you want to know why public sector unions are in such big trouble you have your answer!

Un-American: Obama Congratulates Leaders of Iran, Russia and China on Elections but Not Israel

He never misses an opportunity to show what a small, petty man he really is!

The day after Netanyahu's landslide re-election win in Israel leaders from around the world phoned the Israeli Prime Minister to offer their congratulations. Britain, India, Canada, all U.S. allies, phoned Netanyahu. Obama was not among them.

It didn't take long for some to notice that Obama didn't have any hesitation in phoning America's adversaries like Russia, Iran and China when their leaders won an election.

Once again, Obama's behavior is unmistakable for it's pettiness.

Writing at the Washington Post Jennifer Rubin summed it up well:
At this point, Obama’s gross pettiness and rudeness are there for all to see. There is little argument that he has been trying to oust Netanyahu, creating a federal case out of a speech and dispensing aides to badmouth him on background to docile reporters. Obama obviously was a “loser” in one sense, but unlike the real loser (Herzog), Obama cannot bear to call and congratulate the elected leader of the Jewish state. This is not just an insult to Netanyahu, but to the democratic country that elected him. For goodness sake, Obama has called Vladimir Putin to congratulate him after an election widely believed to be fraudulent.

There can be little doubt why relations are so poor. Obama shows more deference to the unelected dictatorships in China, Russia and Iran than he does to our closest Middle East ally. Unfortunately, that message rightly or wrongly is received by our foes that even when it comes to such an ally, the U.S. administration will kick its “friend” to the curb. That communication does more to weaken our bargaining hand than does a letter from 47 senators — which actually tried to impress on the Iranians they had to give us a better deal to get Congress on board.
Obama disses our allies and treats foreign adversaries better than he does Republicans. But we're not supposed to say his behavior is un-American? Why not? It is. Once again, Obama has diminished himself and tarnished the reputation of the office he holds!

Thank Obama for VICTORY of Conservatives in Israel

Once again, the people have spoken and Obama and liberal and appeasing ideology has been rejected!

Big backfire on Obama's campaign to unseat Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. After years of dissing Netanyahu (affectionately called "Bibi") the campaign has failed. Like the 2010 and 2014 midterm elections, the voters in Israel rejected the liberals and their attacks on Bibi.

Obama pulled out all the stops. He waged a public and personal campaign to attack Bibi. He sent former campaign operatives to Israeli to help the campaign of Bibi's opponents. He even gave money, through the State Department to help organize anti-Bibi efforts.

Pffft! It didn't work. Obama is so reviled by Israelis (1,2) that the effort backfired! Obama's criticism of Bibi's speech before Congress only elevated Netanyahu's public position and diminished Obama.

The final results in the Israeli election aren't in yet. But video showing cheering crowds at Bibi's headquarters compared with an empty room at Obama's liberal Israeli allies is all anyone needs to see to know the result.

Thanks Obama! You're heavy handed screw-up is just what the doctor ordered. Keep it up for 2016!

Finally, A Journalist Admits "Hands Up Don't Shoot" Was a LIE!

But will that stop the next media stampede when racial issues are involved? Don't bet on it!

Jonathan Capehart is an opinion writer at the Washington Post and regularly appears on liberal television media. He too got caught up in the "hands up don't shoot" lie after the killing of Mike Brown in Ferguson Missouri last August.

Kudos to Capehart for being big enough to admit he was manipulated by a lie:
What [Department of Justice report] found made me ill. Wilson knew about the theft of the cigarillos from the convenience store and had a description of the suspects. Brown fought with the officer and tried to take his gun. And the popular hands-up storyline, which isn’t corroborated by ballistic and DNA evidence and multiple witness statements, was perpetuated by Witness 101. In fact, just about everything said to the media by Witness 101, whom we all know as Dorian Johnson, the friend with Brown that day, was not supported by the evidence and other witness statements.
The DOJ report notes on page 44 that Johnson “made multiple statements to the media immediately following the incident that spawned the popular narrative that Wilson shot Brown execution-style as he held up his hands in surrender.” In one of those interviews, Johnson told MSNBC that Brown was shot in the back by Wilson. It was then that Johnson said Brown stopped, turned around with his hands up and said, “I don’t have a gun, stop shooting!” And, like that, “hands up, don’t shoot” became the mantra of a movement. But it was wrong, built on a lie.
Now that black lives matter to everyone, it is imperative that we continue marching for and giving voice to those killed in racially charged incidents at the hands of police and others. But we must never allow ourselves to march under the banner of a false narrative on behalf of someone who would otherwise offend our sense of right and wrong. And when we discover that we have, we must acknowledge it, admit our error and keep on marching. That’s what I’ve done here.
Capehart also goes point by point through the report and if anyone reading here is still not clued in, read his entire column here.

It's also important to note that Capehart stands alone when he calls on those who marched "under the banner of a false narrative," to "acknowledge it, admit our error." You'll never hear Al Sharpton, Eric Holder or Obama admit their error. They did too much to propagate the lie to admit their mistake. And that's why you can bet we'll see more of these media, racial circuses in the future. No one has been held accountable for the Twanna Brawley hoax, the Duke LaCrosse players or the Travyon Martin lies. But at least one journalist will be less reluctant to go along with the next lie.

UPDATE: The left goes all racist on Capehart! This won't surprise anyone. Capehart is accused of trying to curry favor with whites and more by online fools who still insist that Mike Brown was "executed" and had his hands up. You would think these idiots would be angry for being so easily manipulated by a lie. But apparently they don't mind at all. Anything for the cause right whitey?

Arrest in Ferguson Cop Shooting. Will Those Who Spread the Lies That Inspired This Criminal Also Be Brought to Justice?

Shooter is a friend of Dorian Johnson, Michael Brown's accomplice in store robbery and the one who spread so many lies about the shooting!

Thank God an arrest has been made. The suspect is a friend of Dorian Johnson, who did so much to start the big lie about what really happened in Ferguson the night Michael Brown was killed. It was a lie that the media embraced because it fit their prejudices towards white Police Officers. The media and many Democrats wanted it to be true. It was later positively disproved by both the Ferguson Grand Jury and the Department of Justice report on the shooting.

The shooter, Jeffrey Williams, 20, of north St. Louis County, is a criminal in violation of his probation. He is a friend of Dorian Johnson. His Facebook page shows he uses drugs to escape from reality or "da lies" as he calls it.

He's not alone in his desire to avoid the reality of the Ferguson shooting of Mike Brown. Democrats and others have bought into the lie entirely:

Democrat use the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives to spread a racist LIE.
Will THEY be held accountable for their words?
How about these player for the St. Louis Rams. Will THEY be held accountable for spreading a lie that has sparked so much violence and hate?
And what about all those protesters who STILL cling to the lie? Are they all on drugs like the cop shooter? Will they be held to account?

Where is the justice for Officer Darren Wilson, falsely accused of executing Michael Brown as he was trying to surrender? Where is the justice for the smears and assaults on police officers nationwide?

I propose the above fools get a new slogan:

Thanks AOW!

Racebaiting Lies Cause More Violence in Ferguson Missouri as Two Police Officers Shot

Will those who whipped up outrage over phony charges against Officer Darren Wilson be held accountable?

Despite the fact that the Department of Justice issued a report showing there was absolutely NO evidence of any wrongdoing by Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson in the shooting of Mike Brown last August, there has been no apology from the racebaiters who whipped blacks into a frenzy with their lies about "hands up don't shoot" and charges that Officer Wilson "executed" Brown.

Thursday morning, two police officers in Ferguson were shot, one seriously wounded.

How many times has Obama lectured the right to avoid using language that inflames and might inspire some to commit acts of violence? Yet Obama and his cohorts fanned the flames of the worst lies about Mike Brown's death. Again and again, Obama has shifted blame away from those committing acts of violence and directed it towards police nationwide.

Two cops were murdered in New York last year. Now, two more shooting victims in Ferguson. The race war launched by Obama, Holder and Sharpton is in full swing. When will they be held accountable for their words?

UPDATE: Obama responds with Tweet condemning violence against Police. Problem solved!

Meanwhile, he's given multiple speeches, like this one, in which he spends paragraph after paragraph blaming the Police. All shot cops get is a Tweet. But I suppose we could expect that among Obama's Twitter followers there may be a fair number of cop killers!

The Only Way We May Know What Was In Hillary's Emails Is to Ask China or Russia for a Copy

UPDATE: Story in New York Post.

Others have pointed out that Hillary's use of the privacy defense is one she honed to a fine art 20 years ago during past Clinton scandals. In fact, she's used almost the exact same language.

Read the following and tell me, was it Hillary in Tuesday's press conference or Hillary 20 years ago?
HILLARY: You're right. I've always believed in a -- in a zone of privacy, and I told a friend, uh, the other day that I feel after resisting for a long time I've been rezoned, you know (chortling press corps). And I -- I now have a much better appreciation of what's expected and not only what I have done -- because I am extremely comfortable and confident about everything that I have done -- but about my ability to communicate that clearly and to give, umm, the information that you all need.
### End update

One of the worst things about this scandal is the vulnerability of top State Department communications!

Did Hillary Clinton break the law by setting up her own email server in her home in New York? I don't know. Clearly she violated State Department and government rules regarding emails. It's important to note that she fired an Ambassador for also using a private email service.

Hillary says she has nothing to hide. If so, why set up your own email server? Why not just use the State Department system? Hillary says she has turned over 55,000 emails.  But how many has she held back? This is the usual tactic for Obama Administration scandals. Turn over a bunch of unimportant stuff then complain that Republicans are on a witch hunt when they ask for the relevant documents. We still do not have all Lois Lerner's emails despite the Administration claim there is no evidence of corruption.

From Hillary emails we do have there are clear gaps in the record for key issues like Libya policy:
Rep. Trey Gowdy, the South Carolina Republican who heads the House Select Committee on Benghazi, said the panel received 800 pages containing 300 of Mrs. Clinton's emails from the State Department in December, but that there are "huge gaps" between some of the emails.

"There are gaps of months and months and months," Mr. Gowdy said on "Face the Nation" on CBS. "If you think [back] to that iconic picture of her on a C-17 flying to Libya — she has sunglasses on, and she has her hand-held device in her hand — we have no emails from that day. And we have no emails from that trip."

Given that the panel has issued multiple subpoenas for records related to Libya and the attack on the Benghazi diplomatic post in 2012, "it strains credibility to believe that if you're on your way to Libya to discuss Libyan policy that there's not a single document that's been turned over to Congress," he said.
Here's the famous image of her emailing onboard a military aircraft enroute to Libya in 2011.
None of these emails have been turned over to congressional committees.
It's bad enough that Hillary might be hiding the real story of what went wrong in Libya by selective release of emails. But she also corresponded directly with Obama and other top Administration officials using this email account.

Experts say you cannot imagine a more unsafe email system for discussing the nation's top secrets than putting a server in your basement.

While this scandal is another reminder of what people dislike most about the Clintons. The lies, the spin and avoidance of any accountability. The Clinton's wrote the book on how to stonewall scandals, and Obama learned from their example. But the issue here is far worse than catching the Clintons doing something shady...again!

Leaving America's top diplomatic secrets vulnerable to hacking from foreign governments is the biggest scandal. During the past six years of Obama's presidency the world situation has deteriorated rapidly with bad guys on the march all over the globe. How much of that is because the bad guys reading our mail?

If the Racebaiters at Department of Justice Exonerate Darren Wilson in Ferguson Shooting, What Accountability for Those Who Pushed "Hands Up Don't Shoot" Lie?

And where does Darren Wilson go to get his reputation back?

Of all the lies told about the Ferguson, Missouri shooting of Michael Brown by Police Officer Darren Wilson the worst has to be "hands up, don't shoot." That slogan and the image of protesters with their hands up covered the world and gave the instant impression of guilt on the part of Officer Wilson. It was all a lie.

Immediately following the shooting the news media and accomplices in race relations like Al Sharpton latched onto the lie and never gave other evidence and testimony any credence. Now, from the Department of Justice report which interviewed dozens of witnesses we learn that many who reported the truth felt threatened and refused to come forward out of fear:
Witness 108 is a 74-year-old black man. He told a detective he had seen the shooting and that officer Wilson was “in the right.” However Witness 108 refused to identify himself or give a formal interview out of “fear of reprisal should the Canfield Drive neighborhood find out that his account corroborated Wilson.” Witness 108 was tracked down two times by investigators after the initial canvass of witnesses. On both occasions he refused to give a formal interview. On the second occasion, he cited, “community sentiment to support a ‘hands up’ surrender narrative as his reason to remain silent.” He was subpoenaed but said he would go to jail before he would testify in support of officer Wilson.
The above is just one example of many who expressed real fear and went to some lengths to avoid speaking to investigators or testifying in judicial proceedings.

The bottom line is that "hands up, don't shoot" was a giant lie. The Department of Justice report concludes:
Wilson’s version is further supported by disinterested eyewitnesses Witness 102, Witness 104, Witness 105, Witness 108, and Witness 109, among others. These witnesses all agree that Brown ran or charged toward Wilson and that Wilson shot at Brown only as Brown moved toward him. Although some of the witnesses stated that Brown briefly had his hands up or out at about waist-level, none of these witnesses perceived Brown to be attempting to surrender at any point when Wilson fired upon him. To the contrary, several of these witnesses stated that they would have felt threatened by Brown and would have responded in the same way Wilson did.
[T]here is no credible evidence that Wilson willfully shot Brown as he was attempting to surrender or was otherwise not posing a threat.
Wilson’s account of Brown’s actions,if true, would establish that the shootings were not objectively unreasonable under the relevant Constitutional standards governing an officer’s use of deadly force. Multiple credible witnesses corroborate virtually every material aspect of Wilson’s account and are consistent with the physical evidence.
This report is stunning, as it was produced by Eric Holder's Justice Department and the Obama Administration which sent three official representatives to Mike Brown's funeral (but none to Margaret Thatchers). But the report leaves two unanswered questions:

1. When will Dorian Johnson (witness 101) and Mike Brown's accomplice in convenience store robbery be prosecuted for lying to police?
2. When will the news media officially issue retractions and corrections for their faulty reporting?

I won't hold my breath waiting for either to happen. One thing I know for sure, the next time a black man gets shot by a white cop we can expect the same race machine to play this movie over again. That's what they do!

Is Former Speaker Nancy Pelosi More Comfortable with Syria's Assad Than Israel's Netanyahu?

Pelosi "near tears" of outrage and turned her back on Bibi. What a contrast with visit to Syria!

Not to be outdone by Obama's peevish and un-presidential attitude toward's Netanyahu's address to a Joint Session of Congress, the former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi did not rise to join a standing ovation to Bibi. Instead she turned her back while members of both parties cheered:

Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi turns her back on Netanyahu
while other members of Congress deliver standing ovation.
Just to make sure the point wasn't missed Pelosi put out a statement in which she said:
I was near tears throughout the Prime Minister’s speech – saddened by the insult to the intelligence of the United States as part of the P5 +1 nations, and saddened by the condescension toward our knowledge of the threat posed by Iran and our broader commitment to preventing nuclear proliferation.
Cry me a river Nancy

Where was Nancy's concern for world peace when, as Speaker of The House, she met with Syria's dictator Assad?

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi meets with Syrian dictator Assad in 2007.
Was Assad demonstrating how they drop the chemical weapons
which have killed tens of thousands of children since the war began?
Speaker Boehner got criticized for inviting the leader of America's top ally in the Middle East to speak. Give me Netanyahu any day over the mass murdering monster Pelosi embraced!

Why is it that Pelosi and Obama have so more regard for America's enemies than they do for America's allies? Whose side are they on?

After Constant Attacks on Bibi, Obama The Big Loser After Bibi Speech

Obama made sure the speech was a hit even as he demeaned the office of President!

House Speaker John Boehner presented Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu with a small bust of great wartime leader Winston Churchill to mark the occasion of Bibi's address to a Joint Session of Congress. It was an appropriate gift on so many levels. It was Churchill who supported the early development of the Jewish state and Churchill who also was called a "warmonger" for warning of the dangers of a coming world war. And it was Churchill who is the only prior world leader to address three of these joint meetings.

Obama no FDR

I'm reminded of those past speeches by Churchill. The support he received not just from Congress and the American people but also from Franlin Roosevelt who personally and eagerly supported Churchill's appearances on the hill. History records that Rosevelt listened to Churchill's first joint address on the radio and was most pleased with Churchill's speech and the reception it received. Contrast that with Obama's peevish dismissal of Netanyahu's speech as "nothing new."

Despite Obama's attitude, Netanyahu did Obama a great favor. He raised the warning of a bad nuclear deal with the Iranians in terms that were stark, clear and compelling. Something that Obama could, or would never do. In doing so, Bibi forced Obama to confront the delusion of the course he is on. In it's editorial on Wednesday the Washington Post said "Obama needs to provide real answers to Netanyahu’s arguments." Does anyone think Obama would be forced to answer for his naive and reckless course if Bibi had not spoken?

Obama's peevish and personal attitude in the run up to the speech raised public and media awareness of Netanyahu's address far above what it might have been if Obama had behaved more like a real President of the United States and welcomed Bibi to speak. John Podhoretz at the New York Post describes the consequences of Obama's attacks on Bibi this way:
What did all of this do? It made the Netanyahu speech the most important political event of 2015 by far.

It elevated Netanyahu’s powerful case against a nuclear deal with Iran to the highest level possible — so that the leader of a country of 8 million people roughly the size of New Jersey now possesses as much authority to discuss the issue as the leader of the free world.

Obama’s own national security mouthpiece, Ben Rhodes, has said the White House views a deal with Iran as the “biggest thing President Obama will do in his second term on foreign policy.”

Obama’s fit of pique against Netanyahu has led to a man-to-man showdown that will likely complicate that “biggest thing” immensely.

Netanyahu yesterday laid out, calmly and comprehensively, the reasons the deal is likely to be a bad one — and he had not only an audience of Americans vastly larger than he would’ve had if the president hadn’t had his hissy fit, but also the ear of the audience that matters most in this regard. That audience is the United States Senate. And his audience heard him.
So finally, Obama's childish and un-presidential behavior has backfired. BIGTIME!

No Naviete or Delusion for Netanyahu

Netanyahu laid out the painful reality of Iran's objectives:
NETANYAHU: America's founding document promises life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Iran's founding document pledges death, tyranny, and the pursuit of jihad. And as states are collapsing across the Middle East, Iran is charging into the void to do just that.

Iran's goons in Gaza, its lackeys in Lebanon, its revolutionary guards on the Golan Heights are clutching Israel with three tentacles of terror. Backed by Iran, Assad is slaughtering Syrians. Back by Iran, Shiite militias are rampaging through Iraq. Back by Iran, Houthis are seizing control of Yemen, threatening the strategic straits at the mouth of the Red Sea. Along with the Straits of Hormuz, that would give Iran a second choke-point on the world's oil supply.
Iran and ISIS are competing for the crown of militant Islam. One calls itself the Islamic Republic. The other calls itself the Islamic State. Both want to impose a militant Islamic empire first on the region and then on the entire world. They just disagree among themselves who will be the ruler of that empire.
You will never hear Obama speak so honestly about the reality of the Islamic Republic of Iran despite the fact that anyone who has been paying attention since Iran's revolution in 1979 recognizes it as a fact. Obama clings to his delusions and the prejudices of the left that always seek to blame America first.

But while Obama's warped ideological views will continue to damage U.S. national interests, Netanyahu's speech put the remaining adults in Washington on notice that we can't afford to look the other way while an arch enemy continues to drag the world down the path to Armageddon!

Churchill would have been proud!
